Soil Testing Technician

Primary duties:
Soil testing: including soil logs, basin flood tests,
pit bails and septic design.

Requirements:

• Two to 5 years of soil testing experience
• One to three years septic design experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with AutoCad a plus

Field Survey Party Chief

Primary duties:
Make accurate measurements and determine property boundaries.  Provide data relevant to various aspects of land features, including shape, contour, gravitation, location, elevation and dimension.  Accurately convey this information for use in engineering, mapmaking, land evaluation, and construction.   Ability to perform basic survey computations. 

Requirements:

 

• Experience with boundary surveys, topographic surveys, title surveys and construction stake-out
• Working knowledge of Electronic Total Stations and TDS Data Collection
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• GPS experience is a plus
