- We will perform a detailed evaluation of the site, including examination of soils, vegetation, and hydrology to determine the extent of the wetlands using the methodology outlined in the Federal Manual for Identifying and Delineating Jurisdictional Wetlands. We will also determine the extent of "State Open Waters" as defined by NJ DEP.
